Interference in the Patient-Provider Relationship and Access to Abortion

WEBINAR DESCRIPTION:

State legislatures that are hostile to abortion rights are increasingly using regulation of medical practice as a way to limit access to abortion, a trend that should be of concern to all physicians. We will talk about the escalation of this tactic and some of the bills that we have seen in the past couple of years that directly mandate how care is provided. For background, please take a look at the Bad Medicine report available at www.badmedicine.org.
